Freshwater Place

SCG team members undertook the security risk assessment, design and construction supervision services and wrote the Security Management Plan for the Freshwater Place development.

The security services included the entire development, involving the 38-level commercial tower, the 5-level podium, office and retail building, the 60-level residential tower and the associated basement car parks.

The iconic nature of the buildings required aesthetically stringent architectural features and careful device selection and integration.  As a result, our role included extensive coordination with the project stakeholders and, in particular, the project architects to deliver a complex but integrated security solution.
