Nusajaya is the largest private sector-initiated development in South East Asia.
Upon completion, the project will be Asia’s foremost fully integrated city with a world-class environment for business, living, and leisure. SCG team members delivered the Security Master Plan and an operational model for the ongoing management of security. SCG team members also developed CPTED standards to be incorporated into every development approved.
Nusajaya comprises seven master developments – the Johor State New Administrative Centre (JSNAC), the Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SiLC), Puteri Harbour Waterfront Development, EduCity, Medical Hub, International Destination Resort and Nusajaya Residences, all within a city that sets the benchmark for integrated developments across the globe.
With a land area spanning 24,000 acres, it has been designed to preserve the lush greenery and natural habitat within the area. Its strategic location, sophisticated infrastructure, and attractive investment incentives are bound to propel it to become a model city for the 21st century. Nusajaya was awarded the prestigious and globally acclaimed Fiabci Prix D’excellence awards 2012 for best master plan category.
